Living at 425 Broadway has been such a lovely experience. Absolutely the best complex in all of Santa Monica... gated safe parking, prime location, rooftop pool, gym, laundry IN your apartment, and the list goes on! However, the best part about living at 425 is the staff. Mark has always been SO helpful from day one in helping me pick out the best apartment, to then just day to day questions I might have. Baltazar, Casey, and Mark are always so welcoming and accommodating which truly completes the package and overall awesome living experience. Just renewed my lease and couldn't be happier. Thanks 425 Broadway team! (Photo taken outside my balcony)
Management: I am a new tenant and I have been here for a month and it's been such an incredible experience from start to me moving in and settling in. Iryna has been going above and beyond from the first phone call we had. Whatever concerns, Iryna always addresses them immediately and makes it very easy and stress free. I had a pipe problem in the kitchen, Iryna had plumber here within an hour same day. I requested Air conditioning and she had a team here within 30 minutes installing AC. Her and Jeff are so welcoming. My dog loves them and they so nice to us every time we walk by the office. It is great to be in a place with such a wonderful team.
Building: Building is well kept inside. There is a security code to get in the building and a touch lock at apartment. So you can go to the beach and you don't have to bring your keys with you. Super convenient and releases stress of leaving your stuff on the beach while you are swimming. Call box is activated for deliveries. Huge plus. There is also a cute little pool in the building. Also, there is a beautiful roof to watch sunsets. We have a quaint little area for packages/mail downstairs. Parking lot is closed off and secure. So far, every neighbor I met has been nice. They are doing repairs at the gym, so soon that will be available as well.
Area: Ok, so we were originally planning on moving to downtown Santa Monica. I am so glad we didn't. It is incredibly crowded there and a lot of homeless people. Streets are really dirty. There are two hotels here and I think because of that, there are less homeless. There are no homeless sleeping against the building here. That's one thing I noticed. I used to live in San Diego downtown and that was a common issue there. They still pass through, of course, and you see them but they don't stay. However, I wouldn't walk too far late night. Also, the area around is kept clean. There is a truck coming through cleaning the street almost every morning and there are workers walking around and picking up trash almost every day as well. The only minus, is depending which way your windows face, it might be loud with cars. I am facing the hotels, so it gets loud from early on in the morning. After 10 pm weeknight and 11pm weekend it is quiet, except for some crazies pumping through here in loud cars and motorcicles which is usually more of a weekend thing. But I much rather have that than people yelling under my window at all times of day and night. This is a nice, well kept, tucked away corner. The beach here is clean and not as crowded as the other side of the peer or if you go left towards Venice. Once again, because of the hotels. You can also go and lay by their section and you can avoid a whole bunch of loud people. Thats what I do :). Employees of the hotels are nice and say hi to us anytime they see us. Oh and there are musician here who come play by the beach. There is a sax player his name is Christian he's got a Bernese mountain dog. He is extremely talented and his dog is so cute! There are two women singers who have beautiful voices. Musicians come play almost every day and evening. I would be cooking dinner and there is a beautiful jazz playing. It's so awesome. So, so far so good. Feels like a small, tucked away community. Check this place out!

I recently moved into The Stanley, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. From the moment I first visited, I was impressed by the beautiful and well-maintained grounds, modern amenities, and the warm and welcoming atmosphere.
The management team, particularly Christine and Irene, made my move-in process incredibly smooth and stress-free. Christine was always available to answer my questions and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Irene was equally helpful and provided excellent support throughout the entire process. Their professionalism and dedication truly made a difference.
I also want to give a special shoutout to the maintenance team. They are always prompt, courteous, and efficient. Whether it's a minor repair or a more significant issue, they handle everything quickly and with a smile.
Overall, my experience at The Stanley has been outstanding. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new place to call home. Thank you, Christine, Irene, and the entire maintenance team, for making my move and living experience so wonderful!

Perfect location, charming complex, excellent management. For a month, or by the year, Citrus Suites is a wonderful experience. The friendly and efficient management team ensure a stress free stay, the facilities are well maintained and there's even a green initiative. We really enjoy the outdoor spaces - barbecue area, roof top patio, pool. So convenient, too - across the street from the beach, Santa Monica pier, Main Street and so many great restaurants! Thanks for a great stay, Archstone Citrus Suites!

You won't find a better location and the new leasing agents Iryna and Christine are the very best as you will see why if you meet them. You will come back because of them. The place was just remodeled. You can thank me in person as I will be at the pool, gym, penthouse (Shutters and Casa Del Mar across the street) would die for the view and entertainment area or BBQ grill and business center. Make sure you check out the penthouse balcony. A great home. Thanks Iryna and Christine for being amazing!
425 Broadway in Santa Monica is an amazing place to call home. The staff and community is very professional and tends to all of your needs/requests. I have loved living here and would continue to reside in this complex if I didn't have to move to another state for family reasons. Melissa and her team are the best, and I will miss them dearly!
My partner and I recently moved in, and we couldn't be happier with the overall experience at The Stanley on Ocean Way.
We fell in love with the apartment complex since our first visit -- its cleanliness, proximity to the ocean/pier/shopping mall/restaurants (all within walking distance), renovated apartments and new appliances, pool, lounging areas with a view of the ocean, and the convenience of a built-in parking lot.
We were caught between choosing The Stanley and a few locations nearby, but what ultimately led us to choose The Stanley was the great service and friendliness that the apartment managers offered us (Christine and Iryna). They made the application process simple, were very patient as we navigated the online paperwork, always made us feel comfortable, and they made sure we felt at home even before we moved in. They are wonderful! We knew that with that kind of support/service we were in good hands.
We're enjoying the perks of living next to the ocean, as it feels like we are vacationing everyday. We're very happy. This is a 10/10 place to live.

The Citrus Suites team has been exceptional throughout my entire move-in process. In particular, Baltazar and Isa have exceeded my customer service expectations and made my transition seamless into my new apartment. The building is well managed and maintained and I am utilizing the common areas like the pool and business center. This place truly has a sense of community and already feels like home (have lived here one week). Would highly recommend to anyone moving to Santa Monica.
