Pets are welcome with a monthly fee of $35 for the first pet and $15 for each additional pet which will be added to the rent, along with a fully refundable pet deposit that varies by type and size, starting at $500 for cats and $1,000 for dogs and up. Due to insurance requirements, Rottweilers, pit bulls, and certain other high-risk breeds are not permitted. All pet deposits are fully refundable provided no pet-related damage occurs. These policies help us protect the home while continuing to offer pet-friendly housing, which many property management companies no longer provide. We appreciate responsible pet owners who take pride in caring for both their pets and the property. Tenants are responsible for utilities, yard maintenance, and trash service. Prospective tenants may view available homes Monday through Friday by checking out a key from our office between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM. A valid driver’s license or government-issued photo ID and a $20 cash deposit are required and will be returned when the key is brought back the same day by 4:30 PM.
