Marty is a fantastic landlord. He responds quickly to texts and the problem is usually solved that day. The maintenance guys are great and friendly and requests are usually addressed the next day. The apartments are nice and spacious with modern appliances. They are a bit pricey but it's due to the fact that they are located downtown across from mothers brewing company which has lots of live music during the summer and you can enjoy it right from your front door. I would like to address the two 1 star reviews since the people who left them were my next door neighbors. They were a couple who fought constantly. The cops were called on them several times a week, and a few times were called multiple times in one day. They had knocked on my door numerous times to tell me about the fighting just to resume it in minutes, sometimes knocking on my door in the middle of the night. They were fine neighbors for 9 months then something happened, not sure what exactly, and they began to spiral out of control. Do NOT let those 2 reviews change your mind. These are nice apartments in a great location. Since they have left the apartments have been nice and quiet.

I love downtown Springfield! These apartments are so modern too, and the management is lovely!
