Nestled in a peaceful corner of Apple Valley, Briar Oaks Apartments allows easy access to Cedar Avenue (77) and 35E while remaining tucked away in a quiet neighborhood only a couple of miles from the Minnesota Zoo, 10 minutes to the Mall Of America, and 16 minutes to the airport. And when you get hungry, there are dozens of restaurants a short drive to the South. The complex itself offers off-street parking, detached garages, a grilling area, balconies/patios, and a path behind the property running past a small lake. This is also a pet-friendly location. We cover heat, water, sewer, trash, and gas stoves. Tenants pay for electricity, telephone, internet, and cable. We look for a credit score of around 600 and a gross income of 2 ½ to 3 times the amount of rent. We also do a background check on all applicants. We do not accept felonies, drug-related charges, or unlawful detainers/eviction summons. All adults 18 or older must complete an application and be on the lease.
