Let me start by saying that the only reason I’m moving out is because I would like a place with no carpet, and at the moment there aren’t any available. The management is always super nice, and helpful. The apartment is pretty big for the price, and has a nice balcony! Heat is included and to be honest there was not a single moment this all year I ever got cold in this apartment. The AC is big and gets the whole apartment cold during the summer. One set price for laundry, so you don’t have to use coins. The way the apartment is set up can be really cosy. When we first moved in I was surprised to see just how clean the place was! The extra storage is super great and at no extra cost. Every level has one one per unit! The garage is pretty big as well. There’s a picnic area in between the two buildings that is very nice. Last year management organized a picnic for all the tenants there and to welcome the new ones. The app we use to pay rent is super easy to use. It can also be used for maintenance requests and to see updates on them. I also want to give a huge thank you to Claudia who has helped up from the begging when we moved all the way from NY.
