Ballantrae is a gem, the building is brand new with nice amenities, close to everything, I love to take my bike and enjoy the spectacular trails around. Reasonably priced for Eagan and the area. Safe and lovely neighborhood, if you know, you know! Mary and Carol are the best, the move in process was very smooth. If you search a place where fantastic comfort and great service live together, with maintenance 24h, then consider Ballantrae for your new home. I love my fabulous apartment and cannot wait to create more long term memories.

I highly recommend the Ballantrae Apartments. Mary and her team at Ballantrae are amazing! I moved here in September of 2022. I had just moved from Oregon to Minnesota and had started a new job. Mary assisted me with the application process being so new in the area and on the job. Since then, any maintenance concerns I have experienced have been promptly taken care of. I enjoyed the outdoor pool this past summer which is kept immaculate along with the grounds.Being a single woman living alone I am concerned about safety — with the secured buildings and lighting in the parking lots, I feel very safe. My husband and 2 small dogs have now joined me here. Adding them to my lease was a breeze! Mary specifically is very professional but more importantly she understands that tenants have lots of different needs. Mary is always understanding and unlike many other property managers works for both the owner of the property and the tenant to create a win win situation - - very rare. I would recommend Ballantrae not only for the staff but also for its amenities. My young grandchildren often come to visit. With the indoor/outdoor pools, bbq/picnic area, play area, walking trails and amazing Eagan park adjacent to the property, there is always something to do! The Ballantrae Apartments is a perfect place to live for both single people and families!
