We have no breed restrictions upon an approved pet application. Required Fees - Move-in: application fee - $50 per applicant, deposit - $400, & administration Fee - $150. Monthly: rent - fixed cost dependent on size, move-in date, and lease term, utilities - variable cost dependent on usage and/or bill back, Utility Service Fee - $3.50. My name is Rose Dianne and my partner Michelle stayed for 1 year in Galante Bigos Management apartment. I will say the people who are managing this place special mention “Lindsey, Ann Marie and Jessica” are prompt in our queries/ concerns. I will say from the moment we were searching for a place to stay, handover of our keys and shift everything went Sooo smooth! The residence itself is complete with amenities such as pool, gym, community room that you wont even think of somewhere else. Maintenance as well especially mr David came to our unit and fixed house issues (anything)! And even Ms Jessica walk me through unit on our checkout. Within 2-3 days we were able to receive our refund. They were very honest and precise with the computation for our refund! Thank you so much and surely we will recommend you. Thank you so much for accommodating us at unit 301. We owe you since you accepted us on 1st year here in USA accepted us despite of no credit history. Our Memories from there will never be forgotten. My fiance and I have been moved in for about a week now and we absolutely love it here. Jack from the management team is absolutely fantastic and is always so friendly and willing to help or answer any questions we have. We had a few maintenance requests that got resolved super quickly. The apartments are gorgeous and have all modern and sleek appliances. The neighborhood make me feel safe and neighbor's are really nice. I know I'm going to enjoy living here. If you are looking for a place, look no further as this is definitely your new home. Update! Lived here now a full month and my statement still stands that this is an amazing place to live 💙
