About 1751 Second Avenue New York #16J
Looking for a 3rd roommate in a 3 bedroom high-rise apartment. The roommates are in consulting and fashion photography; both are clean, laid back and respectful. The apartment is in a luxury building in a prime location. Area is ~15 minutes door to door from midtown, and the new 2nd Avenue subway is less than 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment. The building has a laundry room, elevator, secured package pickup (in case you like to order things to the apartment), 24 hour concierge and doorman services for security. In a very safe, convenient, and nice area with tons of bars, restaurants, museums etc surrounding it. There's a park right nearby and multiple grocery stores that are within or less than a 5 minute walk; overall a great neighborhood to live in. Lease would be for 6 months, with the option to renew after. $90 credit check fee; 1st month's rent + 1 month security deposit are required. If willing to move in immediately, I'm open to reimbursing you for the credit check and first month's (ie November) rent costs once you're approved. Room is likely to go quickly given price and location---hard to beat in Manhattan. Reach out ASAP!
