Advertised rent amount includes: Utilities Resident Benefit Package Internet Trash Tenants can opt into the RBP renters insurance at an additional cost, or they can choose their own renters insurance but renters insurance is required. Property is Managed by RS Property Management LLC Applicant has the right to provide RS Property Management LLC with a Portable Tenant Screening Report (PTSR) that is not more than 30 days old, as defined in 38-12-902(2.5), Colorado Revised Statutes; and 2) if Applicant provides RS Property Management LLC with a PTSR, RS Property Management LLC is prohibited from: a) charging Applicant a rental application fee; or b) charging Applicant a fee for RS Property Management LLC to access or use the PTSR.
