The apartment features two master suite bedrooms. Each suite has a walk in closet and own attached full bathroom. New paint throughout and wood flooring. The unit features a enclosed private patio just off the living room. Separate dining room and kitchen with updated appliances. In unit laundry and also shared laundry onsite. One assigned parking space comes with the unit. The complex is only a few blocks from the Downtown area which features an array of restaurants and shops. No Pets. No Smoking. Tenant is responsible for electricity & gas. Deposit is equal to one (1) months' rent. All Wilbur Properties tenants will need to go through an application process. Each application is $50 per person over the age of 18. Please be aware of the following tenant criteria prior to setting up an appointment: 1. A credit score of greater than 700 2. Gross household income of 3 times or greater than the asking rent 3. Landlord reference(s) 4. Employment verification(s) No pets or smoking allowed. One year lease required.
