Other convenient perks include a smart Nest thermostat and Ring video doorbell. Note: This property has a second apartment in the basement with its own entrance. From this spot in the vibrant North Tabor neighborhood, you’ll be close to I-84, Laurelhurst, Montavilla, the Hollywood District, and more. It’s a nine-minute walk to the MAX Blue, Green, and Red lines at the NE 60th Ave MAX Station stop. Plus, the 19 and 20 bus lines are within a block or two. This location has fantastic access to everything that makes Portland great—restaurants, bars, parks, and more. The year-round Montavilla Farmers Market is within 1.5 miles, and beautiful Mt.
