No evictions in the last five years. • Criminal background check required. • Income: Combined monthly income must be at least 3.5 times the monthly rent (i.e. $2,395x3.5 = $8,382.50 or more each month). • Pets/Animals: Must be disclosed on the original application, including service/support animals. • We are only able to hold the home for a move-in/lease start date that is up to 2 weeks from the date the application is approved. PET POLICY: • Pets are accepted on a case-by-case basis. • Pet Fee: $300 upfront, nonrefundable, per pet. • Pet Rent: $30 per month per pet (nonrefundable). • Responsibility: Tenants are monetarily responsible for all damages caused by pets. • Pets/Animals of all kinds and sizes must ALL must be disclosed on the original application, including service/support animals.
