Originally was going to be moving into Lullwater but they screwed me over so I chose here instead. I've been here for almost a month and yes my AC has gone out a handful of times but service is always prompt. I haven't seen not one bug roach pest in my apartment. It was clean at move in and my 10 service requests to fix small things here and there were already completed. Ramon the maintenance guy is awesome and I'm so thankful with how the kind the office staff has been. Shout out to Shayna & Elizabeth for being beautiful courteous young ladies đź’–

Lived here for about 6 months so far. Very nice and quiet complex. Maintenance crew and the office workers have been very helpful with any issues that arise. Everyone is very friendly as well. I would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a place to rent.
