Great property and excellent staff! Background: my wife and I are both in the military and moved to GA with our infant son in August 2020 and were house hunting. So we needed a temporary place to stay but didn't want to live in a hotel for 3 months. I researched furnished apartments and found Gateway Crossing. They were able to offer us a 3 month lease on a 2 bed/2 bath and allowed pets (we have a cat). The monthly rent was a little pricey, but included all utilities, cable & internet, and furnishings (beds, dressers, TV, couch, breakfast table and chairs, pots & pans, silver and glassware, literally everything we needed). The location is excellent, close to base, shopping, and dining. And last but not least, the staff are amazing!! Danielle and her team were extremely courteous and accommodating. If we are ever in a position like this again where we need temporary but no-hassle housing, we will definitely come back to Gateway Crossing

What an amazing place to live. I can only speak to the Concierge (spelling?) , but the unit was very nice, very clean and modern. The amenities offered here are substantial, and the grounds are well kept. I am very thankful that I was lucky enough to stumble upon Gateway Crossing when I moved to Georgia -- in fact they are now the benchmark for me. An ideal place to live upon arrival to a new location, which I can only hope and pray can be replicated when needed in the future!
Deciding to live here during my 1-year move to Augusta was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Not only are the apartments themselves well maintained and nicely appointed, but the community facilities are also incredible. The pool is sparkling clean and the gym has good quality equipment. The community garden for residents to enjoy is a really nice bonus. The residents who live here are friendly and I made some wonderful friends during my time there. The dog park is used every single day, so my dog made some great friends too. Office staff is responsive and Danielle is an outstanding manager. Loved living here and highly recommend it.

The staff and management here at the Gateway Crossing were very professional and courteous with us coming to do the dryer vent cleaning. It was great experience to work with this great staff and team.
I lived at Gateway Crossing Apartments for approximately one year and it has been, by far, the most enjoyable experience of the several apartments I have lived in throughout my life. My neighbors were quiet and friendly, the apartments are very clean, and the complex is well cared for. What really sets this apartment apart from all the others, however, is the staff. Danielle and her team have been absolutely wonderful and accommodating throughout the entirety of my residence. They were quick and responsive with working through any problem in my apartment, and they really go the extra mile to make sure residents feel welcome and at home.
I would highly recommend this community to anyone.

My wife and I lived here from 9/2019 to 9/2020. I only have good things to say about our experience.
The location is great - easy access to interstate, close to shops. The leasing staff is extremely professional and courteous. The maintenance staff were professional and hardworking anytime I had issues.
If you are looking for an apartment in Augusta, look no further. This is the place for you.

I am so sad to leave Gateway Crossing! I lived here for 3 years but am relocating to a new state. This is by far the best apartment complex I have lived in! I have moved quite a bit in my lifetime. My daughter and son in law are both in the Army and I move to where ever they are stationed to take care of my grandkids.
The entire staff here is wonderful. They are just like family. The ladies in the office, Danielle, Tracee and Jadha always have a smile and happy greeting when I come in. The maintenance staff Brandon, Cameron and Trey are always prompt with fixing needed repairs, respectful of my home and just fun to talk to.
The complex itself is great with some nice amenities! I lived in a carriage house which has a garage. It was pretty big for a one bedroom. I will miss the doggie spa to bathe my fur babies. The valet trash is awesome! There is a pool which my grandkids really enjoyed!
I can't say enough good things about this place and the staff. Living here has been wonderful and I will miss it so much. Gateway Crossing made Augusta feel like a home, not just a place to live.
This is the best apartment complex I've ever lived in. My wife and I moved here in June, and we love it here! Our unit was brand new when we moved in, so everything was new. We did have a small scratch on the kitchen floor at move in, (wasn't the staff's fault) and it was mixed immediately. Haven't had a problem since! Every other Thursday they have "Thirsty Thursday" where the residents get together in the lobby for (FREE!!!) wine and food. This is a great way to meet your neighbors, and it saves you from cooking dinner! The pool is awesome during the summer, the gym is well equipped and very clean and well maintained. There is also a media room where we can watch big games, season finales, etc. There's yoga once a week (also free), and a massage therapist by appointment.
We have lived here for roughly 7 months, and have no plans of leaving. The staff feel like family. If there ever is a problem, it is taken care of ASAP. They truly care about their residents and how they are doing. I read the negative review on here, and it baffled me. I don't know what staff they are talking about, but it's not ours! Gateway is a wonderful place to live for young couples, or even families! I have two girls, a wife, and a dog, and there's plenty of room for us! We are truly happy here. :)
