I am looking for a roommate who is laid back, clean, friendly, and respectful (preferably a student). When applying to this listing please include a short description of yourself and your current situation. My house is a beautiful old San Jose Spanish style property located near Santa Clara University and San Jose State. Near bus lines, freeways and the mall. There is a fireplace, Jacuzzi and patio. Bathrooms are shared. The room I am renting is furnished with a bed, side table, dresser and armoire. No additional furniture is allowed. Renter is responsible for partial utilities and parking is on the street. No parking in the driveway permitted. I have one cat and would prefer to not have anymore animals in the house. No smoking or any types of drugs are allowed. Credit checks and referrals needed.
