Charming Land Park Backyard Studio Cottage Tucked away behind the main home in the heart of Land Park, this charming detached studio cottage offers a cozy and private living space in a fantastic Sacramento location. The cottage is filled with natural light from an abundance of windows and features a kitchen with a full-size refrigerator and stove, plus the convenience of an in-unit stackable washer and dryer. A private outdoor sitting area provides a nice spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind at the end of the day. Lawn service is included in the rent. Located just minutes from Downtown and Midtown Sacramento, with convenient access to shopping, dining, parks, and freeways. Please Note: There will be ongoing construction on the property during the tenancy. Construction is currently anticipated to be completed around March; however, this is an estimated timeline only and completion by that date cannot be guaranteed. In consideration of the ongoing construction, tenants signing a 12-month lease will receive a credit equal to one month’s rent, applied to the final month of the 12-month lease term.
