Cities Ranked By Rent
Le plus cher
–Bellevue, WA, remained the most expensive city to rent in the metro area. One bedroom units were $1,970.
–Seattle, WA was close behind with rent at $1,920.
–Redmond, WA ranked as third with one bedroom units priced at $1,840.
Le moins cher
–Lakewood, WA rents continued to rank as the most affordable in the metro at $770.
–University Place & Marysville, WA were tied for the second least expensive city with rent at $870.
–Auburn, WA, only $30 pricier than University Place and Marysville, was the third most affordable city.
Growth Rate

–Lakewood, WA had the largest yearly growth rate, climbing 11.6%.
–Lynwood, WA rent was the second fastest growing, up 9.4% since this time last year.
–Bothell, WA rent grew 7.6% since last year, making it the third fastest growing.

–Kirkland, WA followed closely behind with a 4.7% monthly growth rate.
