My girlfriend and I have just completed our application process with Kim. He has been extremely helpful in answering all of our questions and making sure that everything for our application was in order. This 5 star rating is strictly for the maintenance staff. Alex is always so helpful and friendly. Renee so knowledgeable and professional. He came back when he said he would and went above and beyond. The maintenance staff is the best thing about these apartments. Ive had negative interactions with the office and billing staff but this review is not about them. Thank you Renee and Alex for your great service with a smile!
