I must say, apartment living can be dicy at times with neighbors above you, below you and pretty much all around you but let me just clarify how AMAZING living at the Camden’s is! First off, it’s quiet as desert out here! You could hear a pin drop! Second, the staff is amazing and so willing to help! Johnny Munoz is awesome! I’ve known him since day one here but he has been wonderful every single time! He ALWAYS gets back to me via email within what seems like hours if not minutes... he’s very polite, always has a good attitude and is always willing to help! Even with my crazy requests, he never even flinches and always does it with a smile! The maintenance staff is incredible too. Javier and Justin are so professional and prompt. They always have a great attitude and get the job done. Javier and Justin are so respectful and kind and make me feel so comfortable when they’re in my apartment fixing something. I’m super happy with apartment for everything you do and for always making sure I’m taken care of!

The Camden Crown Valley is a wonderful place to call home. The property is beautiful, pet friendly, and safe. Neighbors are friendly. And equally important - the team managing the property are exceptional individuals. From the Property Manager Mark Huerta, to the lead Property Maintenance Supervisor Felipe, to the rest of the team Tim, Johnny, Kayly, Nick, Justin, Javier, Alex, I can go on. Positive attitudes and helpful always. I've had things needing repair and they always do what is needed in the most professional and timely way. I appreciate each of them. I've also lived at multiple Camden properties and can vouch for the quality of people and consistent quality.

He helped make our transition smooth and seamless, and has continued to go above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction and comfort even months after moving in. I have been living in Camden Crown Valley for over 13 years and entire team of Leasing office and Maintenance is great! Felipe, the Maintenance Manager, is awesome and goes above and beyond making sure service request is 100% complete. Javier, the knowledgeable and efficient maintenance technician is great and did an awesome job repairing my kitchen sink water leak and A/C issue which was not blowing warm air. Thank you!

Johnny and Kayly have been so amazing during our moving process. They were professional, kind, informative, and great company to talk with. We are moving from our current apartment into Camden Crown Valley. I was being indecisive and kept wanting to come back different days to see different layouts - especially renovated. The apartments are stunning, and spacious. If you are looking to move, Johnny and Kayly are the best!!!
