Jose Centeno knew what was causing the problem and fixed this fire hazard expeditiously without creating further problems for two apartment residents. I highly recommend that a routine protocol be implemented for the cleaning of air ducts of dryers. They collect and store lint and other detritus that are known fire hazards.
