We are very happy about this complex! The location is very convenient and the complex design is very beautiful; I love the small hills in the center with lush green in the summer and now full of the fall foliage. The people here are most pleasant! The leasing office Miles is so welcoming, warm-hearted, and always helpful in getting us settled and things, small or big, during the stay! The nice Halloween party he hosted was so joyful for our neighbors! The maintenance crew Nate, Steve, and Jason are so capable and polite. We had a toilet water tank issue and they showed up very timely with all the parts ready and fixed it very quickly, and moved on to the next. I really appreciate the management and the maintenance team here that we stay here so happily!

We moved here a little over a year ago and we love this property! It is very quiet and family friendly. Amenities are great and well maintained, property just got a new playground, gym equipment is updated. This summer office and maintenance teams made it possible for residents to be able to use gym and pool while strictly following Covid-19 safety guidelines. Jim and Kristina are doing great job on communicating with residents and resolving all kinds of issues. Avalon does special events for residents throughout the year - Halloween parties, BBQ for residents, ice cream truck etc. This makes a difference and creates welcoming atmosphere!Maintenance technicians always doing their best to complete work orders in timely manner. There is always a person on call, 24/7 in case of an emergency. The property is conveniently located close to major highway, shopping areas, schools and recreation areas. We definitely love living here.
