I love how the new management raised the rent/kicked family’s out that have been living here for years, to still be in the same shabby, rat invested building in the same ghetto/dangerous neighborhood. You can cut as many trees and build as many parks as you want, the only people that are willing to live on this side of town aren’t going to care about that stuff and you will see why it was a cheap area to live in.
