Moved in around the end of October and management has been very helpful. Any questions I have they’re there to help. I’ve had to call maintenance once and they came the next day! I recently had to find a sublease for one of the bedrooms and the process was easy and fast. Great service and friendly staff!

JUST DON'T! living in san marcos 10+ years this is by far the worst complex EVER!!!! HORRIBLE! JUUST DONT!! No AC for days and that's just the cherry on top! Slum lords to a T! DONT live or WORK here!
