Each apartment for rent includes such conveniences as an updated modern kitchen with a complete appliance package including microwave range hood, new high-efficiency heating & cooling system, updated bathrooms with lots of storage, spacious closets, ceiling fans, plenty of overhead lighting, and a laundry room complete with full-size washer and dryer (included in rent). Select homes include engineered flooring in living room areas and tile tub surround. Community features you will surely enjoy include a picnic area with grills, complimentary business services, a sports court, our famous saltwater full-size and shallow wading pools, and much more. There is something here for everyone!

It is a good community. The neighbors are nice and like family. You have access to a gym,pool,playground, and awesome community events. The people in the office are super helpful and always listens to your concerns. They try to find solutions to any problems you may have. The paperwork to get in and renew is a little much but for the most part it is a better place than most to live.

I just moved in and I loooove everything about this place except the stairwell/entry way. The bathroom is AMAZING! I looooove the tub. The office ladies, Shannon and Kari, are on point! The stairwell doesn't match the apartment at all. They could definitely do some more work on it. It's concrete, metal doors and steel stairs. The inside of the apartment definitely makes up for it! I'm super happy to be here and I've seen 0 bugs and 0 mice/rats.
