I have lived here about a month now. I think it is under new management from previous reviews. My fridge went out, they replaced it ASAP. I mentioned my hot water heater only lasted about five minutes in the shower, they insisted I put in a maintenance request and were all over it. The manager gets back to you quickly and they go out of there way to work with you. My only complaint is some of the tenants are a bit loud and messy but that is what you get with a lower cost apartment.

Management is extremely helpful in regards to the application process, and knew of other properties in the area that may be of interest. This complex is on it's own street tucked away near Burnt Bridge Creek. Nice location for access to SR500.
