We have lived at Wildwood for three years and so far have been very happy. It's a really great neighborhood and our unit was remodeled before we moved in. We have a great little dog park and a really pretty pea patch garden that everyone can use. Im excited to have a new property management team and to see what they can do to make Wildwood an even better place to live.

PRE was by far the best person I’ve ever worked with! She made everything so easy and quick. She was very welcoming and treated me like a friend right away! The apartment was clean, she was quick to address things that needed addressing(outside area, dog park area) and when it came to maintenance requests I never had to wait more than an hour or so to hear back. I would definitely recommend this location! And If you’re lucky enough to deal with pre you won’t be disappointed!

DO NOT MOVE HERE! I would give it zero stars if I could. Horrible experience living at this apartment complex. We lived here for 2.5 years and are SO happy to be out of there. I don’t recommend living there to anyone (unless you want to pay for an overpriced apartment with dirty outdoor area managed by an absolut incompetent company)! When we first moved in, management changed 3 times within two months and it got progressively worse. Redside Partners, who is currently managing the apartment complex, is extremely incompetent and hard to work with. Do not expect any answers to your emails or calls within a couple of business days - you will have to wait for weeks for an answer. Our apartment was a freshly renovated unit which we appreciated since they got rid of all carpets inside the unit. Though they used the cheapest floors they could have found unfortunately. After about half a year, floors in Bathroom, Kitchen and bedroom started to warp and little pieces would break off. We had to start taping it down so we wouldn’t keep ripping our socks. The day we moved in, we saw that the big mirror on the closet was broken - it had a huge crack halfway through and we asked if it could be replaced. The answer was no; it would be too expensive. So we also lived with a taped up mirror. Windows in both bedrooms kept collecting mold during our time there. We shared the concern with the management, all they did was send a guy to clean out the mold with spray and paper towels so obviously the mold kept coming back (windows are horribly made and keep collecting water). We also started having mold behind our bed and we ended up just cleaning it up ourselves. We had to ask for window screens since some were broken and useless and the sliding door didn’t have one at all. The ceiling in the apartment was popcorn ceiling and since day 1 of us moving in, they were dirty. No way to clean it - we tried but no success. They had put in a new dishwasher but we couldn’t use it for the first 6 months cause it was “broken” (water would leak onto the kitchen floor). They had to send 5 different guys to try and fix it and they all said something else and kept ordering parts. Nothing worked out until the last guy came and realized that there was still a cap on one of the water hoses that was supposed to help with draining. Finally fixed. As you can tell if you made it this far, we really only have bad things to say and I could list so many others (homeless man sleeping in the laundry room, dirty carpets, hallways smelling like urinals, stolen packages, trash enclosure wrecked, horrendous rent increases and so much more) but I think the cherry on top was when my husband’s car got stolen from the parking lot. I know it could have happened anywhere but how the management handled the situation was not professional. There are cameras on the parking lot but of course some professional did a terrible job. We got the footage but all you can see is concrete cause whoever put them up did not check to see if they actually cover anything. Even after the incident, they didn’t get fixed/adjusted. We were so happy when we finally moved out only to find out it would take us another 6 months to get our security deposit back - and that only with being stern about it. They wanted us to pay something instead of getting something back. We were charged for a $140 cleaning even though we had left the unit nice and clean. They charged us for paint jobs that we had nothing to do with and other unreasonable charges. After standing up for ourselves and being persistent, they finally sent us a check with the money they owed us after a long back and forth (we waited 2-3 weeks for an answer sometimes). Pre, who was the manager in charge at the time, was horrible to work with. You’d have to wait for a week for her (very rude) answer. She rescheduled the final walkthrough 45 min before it was supposed to happen - extremely unprofessional. Lake Forest Park is a beautiful place to live in but again, please do not move here. You’re only going to be miserable.
