Plum Street Garden apartments has been a wonderful place to live. Their staff is on top of it and super helpful. Glenda Thomas, the new property manager, has been absolutely wonderful! Maintenance requests get solved in a timely manner and the service is top notch. I would recommend this complex.

Sweet upper village apts. Manager has been easygoing and area is great. Very attentive manager and maintenance. Great location in capitola. Totally remodeled and quaint.
