Welcome to this newly remodeled unit!! This unit is located in right off Soquel Ave near Cabrillo College. It has recently been significantly upgraded and offers brand new LVP floors on the downstairs area and new carpet on the upstairs level. There is a community pool, hot tub and tennis courts for all tenants. One off the street parking permit is permitted to tenants as well as a private garage. This unit has 2 bedrooms one downstairs and the second is an upstairs loft bedroom with a large walk-in closet. The bathroom located downstairs is completely remodled with a large vanity with extra counter space and slow close cabinets and a quartz walk-in shower. The bathroom also has a laundry closet with a brand new stackable washer and dryer unit. The bedrooms both have nicely opened closets with lots of storage. The kitchen has brand new, stainless-steel appliances and new quartz countertops, electric stove, dishwasher. The windows have all been professionally cleaned and outfitted with new blinds. This home has a lovely patio off of the living room and downstairs bedroom. The unit will be deep cleaned, including windows and power washing both patios. 1 parking pass and a garage parking included with the unit. Small dogs allowed no cats. Utilities included are water, trash, sewer, landscaping and pest control. Tenants must set up PG&E prior to move in under their own name. We approve applicants who have a household income of three times the monthly rent amount (sorry, no cosigners), good credit (625 min. credit score) and positive landlord and/or employer references. Applicants cannot have any record of bankruptcies in the last two years or any previous unlawful detainers. We require a separate application for any resident over the age of 18 who will be living at this residence. We also require any resident under the age of 18 to be identified as well.
