I recently moved from golden gardens only to live closer to work. I was there for over a year & the experience was nothing but great. I have three children my kids loved to play outside also with the other children. Anytime, if I ever had an issue maintenance was quick to repair. The property manager Tasha is really nice both lady’s in the office are. They keep up with the complex very well, and it’s really quiet even with the children outside the noise is very minimal. I also applied with a section 8 voucher and they did not pass judgement, they didn’t make me feel any kind of way applying for a unit with a section 8 voucher. Lastly, I had no issue with getting my deposit refund.

I have lived here for about 8 months and it's an amazing place to live. I saw some other reviews that mentioned the kids and the noise but that is a testament to what a family oriented place Golden Gardens is. My daughter has made so many friends here and we've had sleepovers and play dates with many of kids from this community. Everyone treats one another like family and looks out for each other and I love that. Also, Tasha is the most incredible property manager you will ever meet. She is so kind and professional and she genuinely cares about making sure the property is kept in good condition and the residents are satisfied. The maintenance staff is SO helpful. They solve issues within 24 hours consistently and they're so kind and accommodating. We recently had a state inspection and were rewarded for the cleanliness and state of our unit. Who does that?? I'll be honest, I was concerned at first because of the area, but moving here was the best decision for us by far. I would absolutely recommend Golden Gardens to anyone. We're so happy to be here.
