Cascades is the place to be if you are someone who enjoys outdoor space and greenery. They have the best amenities like s gym and several pools. The houses are spacious and well maintained. Leasing agents are very nice and helpful.

My experiences at Cascades has been nothing but awesome! It took me about a 1.5 years to finally choose an apartment…I travel a lot for work and this place, the staff, pool, gym, landscape has truly been a home away from home for me! I have been here for 6+ years and every time there’s a challenge or something that needs be fixed the office staff has been on top of it. I’d highly recommend the cascades!
