"I recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful home and it exceeded all my expectations. The location is perfect, nestled in a quiet neighborhood but still close to all the amenities we needed. The house itself was spotless and beautifully decorated, with all the comforts of home. The kitchen was fully equipped, allowing us to cook meals with ease. The backyard was a serene retreat, perfect for morning coffee or evening relaxation. The host was incredibly responsive and ensured we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. I highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay."

My husband and I have been here since 2012 and we have seen our fair share of staff changes and property management handoffs and each time they (owners) seemingly didnt care about the residents at all until this newest (hopefully last while I'm here!) management take over, the last few years we have seen so much improvement, the management and office staff actually engage and get to know the residents, the apartments are being renovated and upgraded. They're making huge strides to make Park West Apartments an amazing place to live! Some key highlights of these apartments are 1: the floor space, I'm in a 3 bedroom 2 bath and it's just as big, if not bigger, than an average home in this area. 2:The location is perfect, within walking distance of shopping and entertainment, there is a City bus route right outside the apartment grounds if you need to go further and don't have a car. 3: Maintenance is quick and respectful! In all the years I've been here I used to put in a request and wouldn't see anyone for minimum a month, now they are there pretty quickly and keep you updated on what's going on. 4: The apartment grounds have something for every resident, there are multiple pools for a nice summer swim, basketball courts by the daycare/preschool, BBQ areas, tennis courts, and some beautiful grassy areas to just relax outside (I know I've taken quite a few professional pictures in the grass/ivy area between the tennis courts and basketball courts, it's stunning when in bloom) and they've started this last year doing resident get togethers and celebrations for holidays which is absolutely wonderful in a world where no one really steps outside to meet their neighbors, that is a beautiful way to get to know the people around you! All in all these are amazing if you're looking for your first apartment or someplace to call home.
