As of this month (December) I can say that I’m satisfied as a tenant. Last apartment manager Emma was very hard to work with and never got things done especially the work that needed to be done in my apartment. I had a couple run ins with her when it was super hard to speak to Emma or any type of communication with other higher ups. Josie had helped me in the process of my 30 days notice to vacate and helped me be able to stay in my apartment. Since she has been she has been extremely helpful and extremely kind. Thank you Josie
