Monte Vista Apartments in Clovis near Fresno is my new favorite apartment complex! The brand new renovations and finishes throughout make this place feel like home. Parking is included in my rent, and I absolutely love the locations - it’s close to everything I could possible want. If looking for a new apartment to call home, Monte Vista Apartments would be a great choice!

Ive lived here over a year. This is a great place to live, very close to lots of stores and its quiet here, neighbors are nice and keep to themselves. I feel that those who made bad reviews must havent been very good tenants. Liz is a great apartment manager and is always on top of everything, she cares about her tenants. Whenever i need something fixed, it always was done fast. You get your own parking space and theres also parking for your visitors. I cant find one thing to complain about. The management and apartment itself is great !!
