Have lived here for a year now and think I was so lucky to find this place! Was by far the nicest and most reasonably priced of all the complexes I looked at when moving from across the country. My pup and I both love the location between the shopping plaza and green space. Maintenance staff have always been super responsive to any requests and do a great job of routine upkeep too (recent pool repairs, new roofing on buildings, new lights installed in building hallways, dog park awning, to name a few). Will be so sad to ever move from this amazing view from my balcony!

I have lived at Berkshire 7 months now and it has been a wonderful experience. The staff has always been kind and supporting. Alex has been great helping me find the perfect apartment and assisting me getting settled in. The maintenance staff have been professional, kind and very prompt when anything comes up. The grounds are always maintained and the natural scenery is beautiful to wake up to every morning. I appreciate being close to nature and having the ability to go walking and bike riding on the trails right behind my apartment. The community has been very friendly and my neighbors are lovely. I would definitely recommend Berkshire Aspen Grove as a place to consider for your next home.
