Nice quiet community. Maintenance is prompt when needed though we haven't had many issues. Lots of different people. If you are a social person there are lots of people to meet and things to do. If you just want to keep to yourself, you can definitely do that as well. The apartments are incredibly well designed and feel even bigger than they already are.

Great community with incredible access to corporate campuses and a plethora of shopping and amenities at a great price. Individual units could use some updating, but the property is maintained well for its age. Great property management representatives. Very close (right next to) an extensive streamway park that can be walked for miles. Not a singles meet-up place. Many established residents and newlyweds/corporate folks. I am newly divorced, 49 years old, Male, felt a little out of my element in my particular situation, but that is on me, not the complex. Otherwise, this complex is really ideal in most regards.
