These were horrible! To start when we moved in the apartment was not previously cleaned and not even a month after moving in the cabinets fell down. It states that they’re renovated but it’s cracked paint, mold/mildew, and a roach infestation. They also refused to fix the sewage odor coming from the drain every time I took a shower. This partnered with continued car break ins from the neighboring apartments. Just overall ridiculous!
