I’m new here (one month), and this place is like no other. The vibe is great, with residents of all ages (with cute dogs); the apartments are lovely; the amenities are stellar; and SO MANY stores and eateries are within walking distance. But best of all are Misty and Lee, who make things hum along so beautifully here and are so pleasant and responsive. Couldn’t ask for more!

I love love love living at Venue! The apartments here are absolutely stunning! My apartment is perfect for myself, my partner, and my two cats. I also love the amenities, especially the sky deck. In the summer and fall months the fire pit and grill/smoker on the sky deck are my favorite to use. On top of that, my neighbors are great and I love spending time with them. I have never lived anywhere that matches the sense of community or the feeling of security that Venue has.

The Venue is a fantastic place to live! The amenities are delightful! We have used every single party room and gathering space over our time here. Misty, the manager, is super responsive to any questions, concerns or requests! Her leadership and positive attitude are contagious and seemingly everyone in the building is kind because they are treated with kindness and gratitude by management and staff. It really is a lovely community!

I have found my forever home at Venue. I have lived here a year and could not be happier with my apartment and its location. But what really seals the deal is the respect and fondness I have for Misty our manager as well as our support staff. You could not ask for better. Misty has created an atmosphere here and our residents benefit. Her kindness is contagious. I feel it everywhere. Sold!

Misty made my apartment hunting experience so easy. Looking at various apartments and all of Venue’s amenities was without pressure and at ease. We reviewed the lease and signed with everything explained. The apartment is spotless thanks to Santos. Lee took great care to make sure the apartment was in perfect condition. I’m now looking forward to my move in day and meeting my neighbors.

I’ve lived at Venue for several years with my two daughters and it’s been absolutely amazing. I cannot recommend this place more. Misty the manager is wonderful and makes everyone feel like you are part of a community and a family. It’s truly amazing.

I moved into the Venue last November to get out of the city and I absolutely love it here! The apartment and staff are wonderful and it's extremely safe and homey! I felt at home right away. I love the amenities the Venue has to offer as well as the sense of community that the staff promotes. 5 stars, has exceeded my expectation!
