First month rent plus $2,300 security deposit due at lease signing. Prefer a 9-12 month lease term. Yard maintenance and property snow removal included. No Pets Allowed Utilities: All utilities are tenants' responsibility. Tenant Qualifications: 3x monthly rent in gross income that is verifiable, Credit Score of 675 or above, Positive references from past landlords, no prior evictions or unpaid judgements from previous landlords, no criminal history of misdemeanor or gross misdemeanor within last 5 years. No criminal history above gross misdemeanor within last 25 years. Current photo identification and social security number, background check and credit check completed. Owner DOES NOT participate in the Section 8 Housing Program. $55 Application Fee is non-refundable
