My family lived in this complex for 9 years and we were always taken care of by management and the maintenance team. David and Garcia with the maintenance have always been prompt, friendly, and efficient. I highly recommend moving here, you will not regret it!

I lived here with my parents for about six months back in 1983! We were from Wales (UK) and were accompanying my father who had just signed a 3 year contract working for Shell USA in Saudi Arabia and he needed to be in Irvine for six months for pre-posting training. So Heritage Point was our temporary home for six months! It was also our first taste of life outside of the UK, so EVERYTHING was a culture shock! Sunny weather, swimming pools, barbeques, big cars, big roads, shopping malls... the whole American lifestyle was all new to us. So, in brief, I have VERY fond memories of Heritage Point. I know that this review doesn't mean much today, but it was a fairly prominent part of my childhood and the start of my travels around the world which would follow. So I just wanted to give the old place a shout-out! Glad to see it's still standing. Looks like the layout with the pool etc is pretty much the same as in the 80s too! Would love to come back and look around someday! :)
