The duplexes also have front of unit parking, so you'll never be far from your unit. The duplexes are also only a stones through from our amazing shaded central courtyard. The other two bed option we have is in a 6 plex. The 6plex units have a wonderful layout with TONS of natural light. These units are one on either side of a secondary central courtyard set back off the main road even further than the duplexes. These units also have a front patio that you can use to enjoy any outside activities. All of our units are undergoing a hefty full remodel, to include: Beautiful fresh gray and white interior colors with newly installed drywall, new fixtures like ceiling fans, luxury vinyl plank flooring, tamper proof electrical, and the best of all a completely new kitchen and bathroom. In the kitchen you can anticipate brand new countertops, cabinets, sink and appliances. The bathroom? Equally impressive, with a new vanity, large mirrors and updated bathroom tiling.
