Relocated from California to Texas, Karen helped me every step of the way, setting up a virtual tour, letting me know the next steps, keeping in contact the entire process. Compared to other sites I looked into, Rio Ranch was definitely made an impression on me hence my decision to move forward with my lease. Thank you Karen.

I have lived at executive townhouse 4 years now. I really enjoy how much space i get for the price. I recent moved from a smaller unit to a large one. The smaller units are good for roomates or small families while the larger ones seem good for families. The maintenance staff they currently have, have met all of my expectations for any of my issues. If you put a request in they take care of it quickly. My A/C went out memorial day weekend and they were able to take care of it within hours of the call. I have lived in other complexes in San Marcos were they did not take of it for months. The complex is pet friendly and some units have fenced in yards too. There are no washer dryers in the units, but they do have a washing/drying facility that takes credit/debt cards as payment. I was here before David the office Manger, took over the complex 3 years ago, and I have seen a difference. David takes care of the property and I have never had an issue bringing something to his attention. As a woman I feel comfortable at executive townhomes.
