Personally, great location - off of RT 21, RT17, around the corner from RT3. Up the block from both Shoprite and Stop and Shop - walkable if needed. Moved to this complex from a Clifton 1 bedroom 1 bath and honestly for the space and amenities it is a great deal; signed again with Parkview for another year. The gym is great and serves its purpose (no additional charge). Super clean property. Amazing storage space in the unit. Well lit property always felt safe; love the assigned (complimentary) parking space - do not have to worry about driving around looking for spaces after a night out or bad weather. You can hear people walking if you are on the 2nd floor above you but I mean people walk and exercise in their apartment; normal. The washer/dryer in the unit is an awesome perk esp coming from a prior property that did not have one. Not really understanding other peoples reviews. It is called Parkview for a reason - located next to a park so yes there is a noise until sundown when the park closes; nice to hear activity outside since it is quiet on the property. Paterson Ave is not hard to pull out of; yes it is a main road but not much different than any other busy street; at least you can see coming out of the street since you cannot park on the main road by the apartment complex. As for the car junkyard in the one review; it is super organized and how did one not see it when you went to rent? cannot blame the apartment complex on that one. To each their own with issues that they are experiencing whether they are blaming the builders or things out of ones control but it has been smooth sailing and great experience on my end. Would and have been recommending to others who are looking in the area.

I moved into this building a year ago and management has been very accommodating. The common areas are very well maintained along with the building itself which is very comforting. The commute to Manhattan has never been easier.
