I moved in 4 days ago and it’s been an amazing experience! I know what you’re thinking .. 4 days what can be so amazing, right? Well, let’s start with Rachel.. what an awesome, patient and knowledgeable young lady! She literally was at my beckon call. At least that’s how she made me feel.. no matter when i called and/or emailed her .. she responded promptly and answered the multitude of questions I had for her. Then if that wasn’t enough .. Brittney came into the process and was just always available to me as if I were their only client. This team truly knows what they are doing and made my transition effortless and seamless. Avalon properties have true customer service GEMS in these two individuals!! It’s great to have these positive experiences during the exhausting time of a relocation. Oh... And the property is top notch!! It’s great to be HOME 💕 Maintenance is top notch! Thanks Jason for being accommodating , professional courteous, and cleaning up after yourself!

We’ve been living here for about six months, and so far, it’s been great! The location is nice—situated in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by trees. I even spotted a deer roaming through the woods, which was such a lovely surprise. Our apartment gets plenty of natural sunlight, and the walls are thick enough that we rarely hear our neighbors. It's also a newly built apartment complex so it's pretty clean and we never had any pest problems. What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff. My partner and I have moved frequently for work, so we’ve lived in many apartments (including other Avalon communities), but I’ve never encountered a management team as excellent as the one at Avalon Old Bridge. Matt and Rachel are absolutely amazing—so friendly and incredibly responsive. We had an issue with our AC/Heater making a rattling noise, and Tom from the maintenance team fixed it quickly like a total pro. I would say the biggest con is the lack of elevators - we live on the top (third) floor and it's sometimes a hassle carrying groceries up and down the stairs. But we've been coping with it so far. Overall, we highly recommend the place.
