Though this is my partner and I’s first apartment together, we strongly believe we are extremely lucky to be living at 99 bridge. All of the public spaces are maintained regularly and we are grateful to Joe and the maintenance team for that. Joe and the maintenance team are always so kind and go above and beyond to ensure that everyone is taken care of. It’s obligatory to mention that Joe has great taste in music which we hear over the speakers by the pool in the summer. We can’t rate the community higher than five stars and thanks for all that you guys do to make the community feel welcoming.

I have lived at 99 bridge for 2 years now and my experience has been great, Joe and susie do a great job managing the building and keeping it in top shape. When you put in a request for maintenance Joe is either there that day or early the next day to fix the issue. The building is beautiful but the staff makes it that much better.
