I take exception to the one and two star reviews. I moved in one year ago. It's a beautiful, well kept property with a pristine pool. The interior of my apartment was very clean. The walls are painted a lovely taupe and is very pleasant. The stove is new. There were no bugs of any kind. I find it difficult to believe that one of these apartments were infested with so many different types of bugs, especially mosquitoes! That's just silly. The management has never been anything but friendly, professional and responsive. I've had a couple of maintenance issues which were very promptly addressed. My heating and cooling unit stopped working and was replaced a couple of days later. The maintenance man is friendly, competent and any problem was quickly resolved. If I had not received a renewal notice, a simple phone call or trip to the office would have done the trick. As I said, the office has always been professional and responsive. I quickly discard these types of reviews. If someone truly has an issue, the review has a much different tone. They are written without exaggeration and sarcasm. My personal experience here in the past year has been stellar.

This definitely isn't even legal. Furthermore this is not the first time this occurrence has happened. This list can go on please everyone think again before moving in here, this place is beyond a joke but a nightmare. I lived at West wood apartments downtown, and Im sure these people are doing a horrific job at their other properties. Also don’t even think about getting security deposit back I left unit spotless and received nothing. Also multiple cars were vandalised and nothing was ever done.
