Been a tenant here for three years and really have nothing but good things to say about the place. The property management company is quick and efficient with repairs, the neighborhood is AWESOME, beautiful houses, nice quiet community, easy walk to downtown. The apartment is self is well maintained and very nice after the renovations that were down a few years back. Also just as a bonus The Mini Split AC units they have are really efficient, some of the cheapest summer electric bills I’ve ever had and it was always nice and cool in my place. I think being on the bottom floor might help with the insulation as well. Would definitely recommend!

I ’ve lived here with a year but rented with bright properties for five. Always super hospitable and they really care about their tenants. The place is well maintained, maintenance stays on top of things and other tenants always have been super kind as well. Very cozy atmosphere at old town :) quiet and cute!
