I have lived here for 4 years, and it's been great. A couple of the houses in the immediate neighborhood aren't in pristine condition, but that is a stark contrast to the upkeep of Carroll Court. Rent is reasonable, and hasn't gone up since I moved in (but will be going up as soon as I leave, I think). Garages are available, as are a few small garden plots for vegetables in the warmer months. Interior is very slightly dated, but everything works just fine. This has been a wonderful place to call home. I'm only leaving because I'm taking a job in Indiana.
