I've been a resident at Carroll Court for almost 2 years now, and it is a great place to live. The building and property are very well kept. Other tenants aren't loud or nosy, and keep to themselves for the most part. The property manager is very easy to work with, and usually gets back to you right away with any concerns. Altogether, the well-kept property, quiet area, and responsive management make this a very pleasant place to live.
