We are conveniently connected to the St. Paul skyway and within walking distance to the Green Line light rail transit and Metro Transit bus system. Getting around has never been so easy! Along with all the restaurants, cafes and bars Lowertown has to offer, you are steps away from Mears Park, the Farmer’s Market, St. Paul Saints CHS Field, MN Children’s Museum and Xcel Energy Center.

The staff here goes above and beyond. Everyone, residents and staff, have been so friendly and helpful upon move in, and the place is beautiful. More specifically, the fire alarm went off today and I just had ankle surgery, so a neighbor heroically carried me down the stairs, and one of the managers, Terry, stayed with me and took care of me until my mom could get here. The front desk proceeded to call after all this and make sure I was okay. There ended up being no fire, but if there were, the kind actions of the people here would've saved my life. Thank you, I'm extremely grateful!!

My neighbors are very friendly, especially all the cute dogs. Anthony and Teresa are very helpful and provide exceptional service in the office and the security officers are always present, also the building is super clean the cleaning crew does an amazing job. Legacy has now become a necessity in my life and it’s nice to visit the flower shop for last-minute gifts, the party room and rooftop are so cool and the gym is very spacious. I take my morning walks to the Union Depot and when my grandson comes to visit me, we go to the Spinning Wylde Cotton Candy Café on rainy days its perfect for him to play and I enjoy a delicious treat. We also enjoy going to the PBS park. I love the vibrant atmosphere, but also retrieve to my apartment and enjoy the peace and quiet because I don’t hear any of my neighbors. Overall this is a great place to call home!!!
