My boyfriend and I have lived here for a year and we have enjoyed our time here! Management is prompt with any repairs or questions and otherwise does not bother you at all. The building is older but pretty well kept up and is charming. When we moved in we did have to give the place a pretty deep clean, but mostly just due to dust and it had been empty for a couple months before we moved in. The parking lot is a little tight and we have had to occasionally park on the street if we come home late and all the spaces are filled. All the other tenants have been friendly and primarily keep to themselves. Over all I would recommend it to a friend if they were looking for a place to rent. The only reason we would move out is to move somewhere with a dishwasher and not plaster walls. The plaster walls make it really really difficult to hang any art or anything in the walls.

It looks rough from the outside but the inside is very clean and spacious. The front apartments are full of windows and natural light and the top floor has raised ceilings. Every apartment comes with a free storage unit and space to park. There is pay laundry in the basement. Apartnents are also very reasonably priced for being so centrally located and large sized. I recommend!
